Bsoft Nepal P Ltd, formed by young and energetic team, was established in 2004 as private organization and has been working for the development of ICT in Nepal since its establishment. Bsoft Nepal has developed many web-sites and software for the different social organization and institutes and planning to develop IT solution for many other institutes. Bsoft Nepal believes in quality rather than quantity.  Bsoft Nepal is fully dedicated to its customer for development and support of the system as the requirement of the customer.

Beside the commercial movement, Bsoft Nepal has strong participation in the social work. Bsoft Nepal has been supporting a youth organization named Nepali Youth Society (Nepali Tanneri Samaj) and its web magazaine http://www.tanneri.com/. Besides this, Bsoft has been providing technical support for many other social organization such as  Peace Magazine (USA), Damadol, Ketaketi, and others.
